Singaporeans love food. We don’t just go from one corner of the island to the other extreme end to get a taste of our favourite noodle, many of us even travel for food! The World Gourmet Summit is an annual gastronomic parade that provides a platform to meet the world’s top chefs. A highly-recognised event internationally, the event attracts gourmands all over the world in a celebration of fine cuisine, excellent wines and extraordinary dining experiences
Every year, international and local culinary stars showcase a delectable spread of gastronomic experiences for a community of fine dining enthusiasts. Among its highlights this year is a forum where a panel of industry experts will discuss the topic of sustainability in the gastronomy world.
